MERG-E is an instrument for Reaktor 6.5 designed for sonic exploration through samples, built around multiple simultaneous playback heads (up to 8), a system of loop slots, and a focused chain of sound-shaping processors.

Its Dynamic LAYERS architecture allows complex variations to emerge fluidly from a single source, enabling transitions between sonic states without breaking the creative flow. Micro-loops, offsets, and subtle phase relationships become an integral part of the sound rather than isolated effects.

MERG-E is suited for creating textures ranging from hyper-digital, lo-fi, broken, chaotic, and artifact-rich, to minimal, static, cyclic, and evolving micro-looped structures, depending less on presets and more on interaction and real time control.
