Since my products are digital files and are delivered instantly, I do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Additionally, as the sole developer and due to the nature of Reaktor files, I cannot offer refunds. Please ensure that you listen to the product's audio demos and read the documentation before making a purchase to confirm it meets your expectations.

Can I cancel my order?

All my products are digital files with instant delivery. Due to the nature of these products, I cannot cancel or modify orders once payment has been completed and the download link has been sent.

If you experience any issues with your download or the received file, please contact me, and I will assist you in resolving them.

Do you offer refunds?

Since my products are downloadable digital files, I cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where there is a quality issue with the delivered file.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear description of the issue and screenshots demonstrating the error.

What should I do if I have a problem with the file?

For a fast resolution, please send me a screenshot showing the issue with the file or the detected error, along with your purchase details.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, I also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

Are there any additional fees for international orders?

There are no additional taxes or customs fees, as my products are delivered digitally.
